Christmas budget hat buying

This year as those Christmas season shoppers who have a tighter budget go forth into their gift buying we see this trend:  Accessories,  Accessories,  Accessories.  Everone has their cold weather coats.  The gift giver is looking for a scarf or neck warmer for under the tree.
